As usual, threads can easily veer off course and become inflammatory - I guess it's the nature of the game.

I've known Riccardo (Raist3d) now for close to 2 decades (he being on these forums since 2001 and my being here since 2002). And if there is one thing that Riccardo does not participate in, it's pontificating or speculating about gear (or photography in general) that he's never used or experienced.

He does actually. In another thread recently he was making false statements about HHHR on an EM1X that he claimed to have used...only later to admit he played with autofocus at a test and try event. No actual experience.

I never tried to mislead or be half way about it. I am really sorry you don't seem to understand how the technology works and thus claim a miracle. But here's an experienced reviews that points out exactly what I said would happen.

I do understand actually.  Unlike you I have quite a bit of experience with both high-res and HHHR.

Search for the crop of the cars on the highway and see the description. You can search for this string:

"Subject movement causes artifacts in the final composited image of both hand-held and tripod high res shot images, but they are being rendered differently"

Of course, if Sony came out with a Sony A10 Turbo, you don't need to use one to understand that if you put a lens at F1.4, a shutter of 1/20sec in plain daylight at ISO 200, it will probably give you a very over exposed scene right? It's basically the same idea once you understand what the technology makes it necessary as a set of constraints.

So yeah, I am sorry you don't seem to understand this, but alright. If anything, it takes credibility out of your claims.

This is my last post in this sub-thread.

Still no examples of "motion" with high-res from your EM5mkII or PEN-F?  I posted a gallery with 90+ images most of which have motion that runs contrary to your claims.  Maybe you should get some experience with pixel shift like you did with PEN-F CAF.
