But I do only stills for anything serious, still haven't got around to learning to shoot video although it's an interest of mine.

LOVED your video, the edit was really fun and the behind the scenes footage of the weeding are adorable. Congrats! Liked the image quality as well, the sharpness for video seems good. Do you have stills I could see?

Also, I had the same erratic behavior on the 50mm 1.8 STM before the firmware update. It seems more trustworthy now!

Thanks!

Nice!!! A little bit the same league then :), earning the lenses with the photography. My business gets bigger everyday, because I see a lot of people wanting the combination of photo and video. I try to be pro on both sides (like here https://orchidinspirationdays.com/impressie/ ) . Regarding video: I learned it by making video's for friends of vacations. Those people are the hardest people to entertain, so I had to keep making interesting en fun videos. I took that practice to the wedding and business market, and it works. My pro tip: Don't use frames longer than 3 seconds, make it quick, vary in different shots and details. And just practice.

For weddings, I really hate the crybaby wedding movies of those people doing there vows etc in the background, cheesy music etc.. There is so much fun potential in wedding movies, but everyone does the same thing and it is boring.
