It's the same body as Asahi Man confirms it.

The indent is probably there so that you don't accidentally touch the touch-screen when changing settings with the buttons. The eye proximiy sensor is probably there so that you don't change the settings with your nose touching the touch-screen.

I've heard about GUI changes too, which would be necessary for a better touch-screen interface.
