I'm no expert, yet in general. . .

I use wider lenses and still won't shoot over 15s to be sure there's no star movement.    And as well, to find precise focus on the stars I rack focus back and forth (near infinity) until I feel it's tuned properly.   Once set up I set a time lapse for about 15 exposures to stack later (for noise considerations, whether or not the exposure is boosted a bit in post).

I'm not sure about your focus, but you definitely have streaked stars.
