Film camera buying advice

Hello

Recently I start to wonder if there's any fully mechanical film camera, but with an optional electronic functions, such as aperture priority mode, metering, AF and other stuff. Essentially what I want is something like Nikon F3, but with ability to fully control shutter speed etc in mechanical mode, in order to not being depend on batteries and be able to work in almost any condition. Weather sealing is definitely preferable. My budget is kinda low, about $100 for camera and lens, but I think I may go a bit over that price if camera is really good. Also, the second hand market in my region is rather poor, I barely can find anything

I'd appreciate for any advice, thanks
