Need FTZ L-bracket that points forwards
2

Hello folks,

I am using a fluid head and not a ball head.  Thus I need the piece of the L bracket that sticks out to points forwards, i.e. the same as the lens axis.

For example, there is a FTZ L bracket by Kirk, but the part that sticks out points sideways, so my camera would also point sideways if I use that to mount it to my fluid head.

I think Markin makes one that points in the right direction, but it it $150 and seems not to be available in the US anyways.

The other option is that I get the Kirk bracket and then get yet another adapter piece that turns the rails of the arca clamp 90 degrees.  What would this adapter be called?

BTW, a requirement is that this L bracket needs to be precision-machined so that it cradles the FTZ mount point to prevent accidental rotation.
