Keeping my FHD lcd or take a 4k?

I bought a FHD benq 27" a year and so ago, great colors for a VA panel and superb low blue light hardware filter so I can edit without eye fatigue while keeping a good WB.

Now I am tempted to get a 4k monitor BUT in Lebanon here the choice is tiny and expensive.

The only 2 models I could find are both TN panels.

The Benq https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/benq/el2870u

And the samsung Lu28h750

Are TN 4k monitors better or worse than 1080p VA for photography editing? Should I wait another couple of months hoping for a VA or ips panel monitor to come?
