kipon nikon lens to fuji body adapter

I was thinking about getting one of these:

https://www.amazon.com/Kipon-Baveyes-Optical-Reducer-Speed-Fuji/dp/B00ZZ4WT64/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=kipon+nikon+fuji&qid=1568392378&s=gateway&sr=8-2

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZZ4X8LO/ref=psdc_3347321_t3_B00ZZ4WT64

The first is for FX, the second for Nikon G-type lenses. I'm wondering:

1. Is there backwards compatibility so that the more expensive G-type adapter will work with FX (for example, D lenses or AIS lenses) but not the reverse?

2. Could I use a G-type lens with the cheaper FX adapter if I am willing to shoot wide open all the time?

3. I've never used a focal reducer before, but I assume it converts all properties? So, I would get (a) twice as much light (giving me half the ISO or half the shutter speed, when compared to a hollow adapter) and (b) bokeh as if I were using a FF sensor? [all else being equal].

Thanks!
