Dropped E-M10 II Would You Have It Checked?

Oh my goodness. Yesterday someone bumped into me inside a store and my E-M10 II with Olympus 40-150 landed right on that hard floor. It seems fine, no physical damage apparent (it landed on the bottom plate area) and it's taking photos just fine, but somehow I feel like it's "tainted" and no good any longer. I worry something is knocked out of alignment or such maybe the sensor or lens mount.

Am I overreacting? Should I perhaps send it in for a "clean, lubricate, adjust" to Olympus for $150 or whatever it costs and have them clean the sensor and double check things?
