Hello everybody

I know that Olympus is a real pro camera with great usability and robustness, and I know the benefit of interchanging lenses.

But regarding only IQ and ISO performance, do you think there are great differences between an LX100M2 Camera and Em1-2 with 20-70 pro (aside the little more resolution) ?

No, I don't think you'd notice the difference in IQ. The LX100 is a great companion to have when carrying another body with a telephoto.

I sold my LX100 because I felt the zoom range too limiting. Also, it was not a menu system I used as much as others so it seemed I adjusted the settings more than I took pictures.

The LX100 is a fine camera if you can live with its limitations.
