Re: Best settings for X-T100?

I got my X-T100 a year or so ago.
Mostly I shoot manual lenses so my settings might not mean much for you.
Dynamic range = DR100, White Balance = Auto, Film Simulation varies but usually Provia or Monochrome, Color = -1, Sharpness = -1, Highlight Tone = -1, Shadow Tone = -1, Noise Reduction = -2, Long Exposure NR = ON, MF Assist = Peak >> Red (high), Photometry = [] (Average metering), Shoot Without Lens = ON, Image Quality = N+Raw.
Frequently I'll shoot with +0.3 EV compensation, but I have a live histogram in the EVF and on the LCD, and expose accordingly by adjusting EV. I try to set ISO so my shutter speeds are fast. The rendering is great even at ISO 3200 and above, if you don't mind a little grain (noise). Coming from a film background, I don't mind.
I usually shoot in Aperture Priority mode and set the lens to a specific aperture.
I've come to like a little less color saturation. However, the settings above apply to the JPG version and only serve as guidelines for the Raw developer (I use the free Fuji/Silkypix raw developer).
Not sure about your workflow but here is some information about mine. I'm just a hobbyist.
When I get done developing the raw, I export a JPG then open it again in Photoshop Elements 13. I usually run "Auto Smart Fix" at the very least, or I start with lighting adjustments and normalize the histogram by dragging the little triangles under the histogram. Frequently I will also adjust saturation, although I sometimes adjust it in the raw developer.
Sharpening and resizing is a big deal, best honed by lots of practice.
I hope this has been helpful.
