I have lots of junk zoom lenses (10 for $5). Disassemble one of them to its basic components. Choose one tube that's looked best.

This tube's bigger end is just a bit larger than the front dial size. Thus I decide it's body attachment. Simply glue any soft material inside it to make the tube tightly fit.

The smaller end is for "filter" adapter. The WA shown really can't work with this tube. Its rear is too much far away from the camera lens's front element. But no problem with the tele and macro.

The Raynox Macro (not shown) has  the universal automatic clamping design. Very easy to use with this tube adapter.

This WA lens adapter requires electric tape to stay on the tube.
