  1. As noted, it's a finite objective.  You need extension tubes (or bellows), not a tube lens that you would need with an infinite objective.
  2.  A couple of sets of M42 extension tubes should be sufficient.
  3. You will need both a Nikon to M42 (preferably chipped, to allow the camera to  get exposure information) adapter to connect the tubes to the camera and an RMS to M42 adapter to connect the objective to the tubes.  I use a simple flat one.
  4. You will almost certainly need to line the tubes with some sort of flocking material to avoid internal reflections which can cause softness or (in my case) a hot spot in your images.

I'm at this moment shooting a 300+ image stack of a small isopod using exactly this arrangement on my Canon T4i and a WeMacro automated focus rail.
