Incremental time shift with ExifToolGUI on Mac?

Hi,

I have ExifTool with the GUI installed on my Mac. What I want to do is shift the timestamp for a select number of pictures (RAW+jpg) by incremental values.

For example for 100 images I want to increment for the first one by one minute, the second one by two minutes etc.

I'm a bit confused by the commands. I found this as a starting point. The first part "exiftool" should be left out if using the GUI. Also I suppose the "DIR" part can be left out since I have to select the images I want to change.

exiftool '-datetimeoriginal+<0:0:${filesequence}0' DIR

Would someone please be so kind and post some specific example that does what I want to do? I'm a bit lost here.

Thank you!
