EOS RP QUICK REVIEW

The best camera for a jpeg shooter like i am ...

Dynamic range is crap? Who cares when shooting jpeg! Just take advantage of EVF and nail the exposure on your main subject ... if the contrast of the scene is too high, just be creative and use shadows or clipped sky at your advantage

Aside of this, the camera is well built, very comfortable to hold, extremely user friendly, has a lightning fast autofocus, even in the dark, and even with slow lenses.

Jpeg quality if very pleasing and colors are bright and vivid our of the camera. Tweaking them to taste is very easy using the in-camera raw converter when needed.

The sensor maybe not the best of the Full Frame class, but the high iso performance is far ahead of my previous fuji xt30 (which is named as one of best aps-c as far as iso performance)

Few minor downsides are the diopter regulation of the EVF which took several trials to suit my right eye, and the occasional freeze of last image on the evf for a fraction of time, which can be annoying when you need to shoot quickly.
