Rodeo time with a6400 (MC-11 + Canon primes)
8

Having lived in Texas for almost 20 years but I learned about this Tejas Rodeo only lately (approx. 30 miles north of San Antonio). The arena is outdoor but covered, lots of backlit before sunset and poor lighting after sunset. The pictures below are shot with Canon 85/1.8 and 200/2.8L primes, adapted to a6400 with MC-11. The overall results are on par with what I shot with Canon bodies (e.g. 7D2) at Mesquite Rodeo (which is indoor with better lighting), absolutely no problem with tracking the fast actions. The only issue I had was the bad lighting. I had to push to ISO3200 and still underexposed by 1 stop.
