My personal guess is that high performance APS-C will go to the RF mount as that is the only way to increase sales of lucrative lenses like the RF 70-200mm f/2.8 and a likely RF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 zoom.

People willing to pay the price of those lenses are more likely willing to pay the price of a 1500 euro full frame RP than a 1000 euro R aps-c camera.

If the hypothetical 1000 euro APS-C RF mount camera is something like the 90D

For those who know what this camera will look like.

with a 32.5MP sensor

So much pixels aren't that useful on a crop sensor as the pixel density becomes even higher. Especially those needing so much pixels need some sensor surface for those pixels to get the best out of their glass. You can't just not use a large part of the glass without wasting a significant part of the maximum amount of information this glass can provide.

Back in the days the 1000 euro aps-c bodies with sufficient AF point spread had a safe price distance from 3500 euro bodies with sufficient AF point spread. These 6DmkII days are gone. 1000 euro aps-c bodies have to compete with 1500 euro full frame bodies with the same AF point spread. For those who want full frame glass the full frame bodies will win this competition.

that shoots at 10 fps,

Most of the tasks needing such a high frame rate need an AF speed dpaf can't provide.  Maybe dpaf will be capable one day, but it will take a while.

there will be plenty of people that would choose it over the RP.

A Canon 10fps aps-c body in 2019 or 2020 will be a dslr, or it will have autofocus which is not up to the tasks needing these high frame rates.  Furthermore: I think using the same full frame lenses 24Mp on full frame will give better results IQ wise than 34Mp on crop.

You could be right plenty of people will choose "your RF 90D" over the RP, however, i think not so many will buy expensive full frame RF lenses to it so they would need an "RF-s lens line up", and those who will buy RF full frame glass to it have made the wrong choice for a camera for the lenses they use it with as they are sacrificing to much IQ for to view bucks.
