Got E-M10 II Kit for $175, Questions

I have used Sony A6000 mirrorless previously, currently have a Nikon D3300 and D5300 (considering a D7100 I found for cheap). I have used Sony RX100 for "everyday" but I lose them. I snagged an Olympus OM-D E-M10 II with 45-150 lens for $175 (I will sell the 45-150 and get a 14-42 or such.) I will use it for landscapes or "everyday" shots of people, the street etc. Again, a Sony RX100 III would've been good as well (EVF, which I want), but it's more and its very small size is almost a bad thing in that I lose them.

Questions

(1) Are the RAW files compatible with Lightroom 5.7, or will I need to update that?

(2) Is the 14-42 PZ a good lens, or do you recommend a higher-grade Panasonic or such? (Remember, this is for usage when I've in the past used the RX100, if I want the best quality on hand I'd use the D5300 {or D7100 if I get that} ).

(3) Am I advised to use the all-electronic shutter to prevent shutter shock, or should the electronic 1st shutter curtain be enough for that?

(4) Olympus hasn't done much lately except that fancy new model (OM-D 1X or something?). I assume buying an Olympus wouldn't be the same as buying a Samsung NX-1? (Samsung stopped making cameras.)

(5) It does have an electronic level gauge for helping keep horizons level with landscapes?
