I have these equipment lens:
- 18-55mm
- 55-250 mm
- UV/CPL/FLD and Multiple ND filters
- 2 sun covers for lens
Some equipment to add if you don't already have them and just didn't mention them.
At least one spare battery
Charger and a international plug adapter.
Basic lens cleaning material, I just use lens tissue mainly to to just brush dust off.
A PDF of your camera manual on something like a phone, tablet, or laptop in case you need to refer to it about some question.
A few things to consider.
It would be good to have some way to backup your photos, I normally take a laptop so I can also look at photos on a larger screen. Some people have online backups which is great but hotel internet connections are often not all that great. You may want to keep your exposed SD cards in someplace like your money belt so that if your camera bag is stolen you will still have the pictures.
I only use a UV filter and a polarizer. You may want to leave your other filters at home unless you have a specific plan for them.
If you don't normally shot in RAW then change your camera setting to shoot RAW + JPEG. It will mean that you don't get as many photos on an SD card but they are cheap. Don't worry about trying to figure out how to process RAW images now but it will be nice to have then if you have a problem with an otherwise great photo or if you want to use the images five years from now when you know more about RAW.
Purse snatchings can be a problem in Europe and that includes camera bags and cameras. I have one with a longer strap so I can have my camera bag on my side with the strap on the other side of my neck so the strap goes across my body. That way no one can just grab my bag off my shoulder and run. When you are at someplace like a restaurant if you just put your camera bag on a chair someone is liable to grab it and run, or sneak it off the chair. Secure it well.
