Fabulous mint lenses under $100

I am beginning the list with these seven lenses:

- Pentax 28/3.5 M: lighter and cheaper than the K version, image quality is identical except a tiny bit less sharp in the corners. A bargain.

- Minolta 35/2.8 MD-III: I bought it with low expectations to replace a Canon FDn, that was unacceptable in terms of flare. Surprise: the Minolta is as sharp, better built and a lot less flaring.

- Canon 50/1.4 FDn: you know that one

- Minolta 50/2 MD-III: super light, super cheap, super sharp

- Nikon 100/2.8 AIs-E: very light, ultra sharp: the best Nikon series E

- Canon 135/3.5 FDn: another bargain. I totally agree with Philip Reeves’ review.

- Canon 200/4 FDn: best 200mm at full aperture I know of. Also, light, and short minimum distance.
