Quality of E-M1 Mk II High Res Shot

I have tried taking High Res photos of the moon using the 300mm f/4 and found that the result was not as good as a regular raw shot.  I thought this might be due to the movement of the moon so I tried a test with a nice stationary brick wall as a target.  All three versions of this photo, the ORF, ORI and JPG, were imported into Lightroom 6 with no adjustments.  All three were severely cropped to the same angle of view and exported as maximum quality jpeg's up-sized to match the High Res version.  The  High Res raw (ORF) and High Res jpeg (JPG) versions look almost the same, but the single raw version (ORI) is noticeably sharper.  Has anyone else noticed something similar to this?
