Win some, lose some
I've been asked to test the Batis 135/2.8 and the Sony 90/2.8 macro on the TechArt E-to-Z adapter using focus shift shooting. I tried it with a Z7.
I have two things to report:
- The Batis 135 works fine using FSS.
- The Sony 90 macro doesn't. The steps are way too big, even when the step size in the FSS menu on the camera is set to 1.
The second part is too bad, because the Sony 90 macro is an exceptional lens, and FSS would be nice to have with it.
