Oly 12-100 F4 vs Panasonic 12-60 F2.8-4

I would like to hear from actual users of both these lenses, how these two compare as far as AF speed and AF accuracy and IQ.

I own the Oly 12-100mm F4, and although one of the best lenses I have ever used, it is way heavy on the GX9. I have a grip and that helps, but it still weighs a lot compared to typical Panasonic lenses.

And even though heavy, I do find the all metal build quality to be superb. If I had a larger body, like an Oly EM-1 variant etc I wouldn't consider the 12-60. But I really like the GX9 body.

I am not too concerned about the 12-60 Leica variable aperture. More just the AF speed and accuracy and IQ.
