Happy Fujifilm shooter tries a Q

I've been faithfully shooting Fujifilm cameras since the original X100 launch.  Over the years, I've been quite happy but have always looked over at Leicas with interest, maybe even a bit of lust.  The Q in particular caught my attention but the Q2 announcement (and my subsequent posts on this forum) definitely stirred up my appetite.  Like a little voice in the back of my head that I couldn't shake, I argued (battled) the point seemingly endlessly.  Stay with Fujifilm.  Try the Q/Q2.  Back and forth it went.

So, I decided to rent a Q for seven days so see if I could strengthen... or soften... the Leica voice.

I shot exclusively with it to see how it felt, what it would be like shooting only with 28mm, testing the crop modes, studying the files, and trying to determine whether to go ahead and push the buy button.

My write-up (mildly tongue in cheek) and conclusion (fairly serious) can be found here.

Note that it's titled "Project 30..." because after doing a 365 day project, I'm now doing something called the "52 Projects Project" where I focus on one specific and distinct project each week for a year.  Week 30 was all about the Q.
