Anamorphic ND filters

Hello - I'm a first time \ long time. I have recently purchased an ISCO anamorphic 2x lens with a single focus option on the front of the lens.  I live in Las Vegas and I shoot in the desert all the time - to say it's bright out would be an understatement.  My question is, How do I lower the amount of light coming into my lens without stopping all the beautiful anamorphic flaring that I just paid for?  I need to shoot at around 1/50th for most of my work and I WANT flaring in my footage. Every ND filter I can find brags about how well it reduces flaring (for photographers).  What do us aspiring cinematographers do in this case?  Uncoated ND filters?  I'm having difficulty finding anything like that.  Any help is appreciated!
