Upgrading Olympus EP-1
1

Hi,

I'm considering upgrading my aging EP-1 (bought 9 yrs ago) and have shortlisted the EPL-7, EP-5 and EM10 based on some older threads here.

I would like some form of optical viewfinder (though it doesn't need to be fixed) - happy to buy a cheaper/2nd hand VF2 (for the EP-5 if I understand correctly).

I currently have a bodycap 15mm, the old 14-42 ('chunky') that came with it, a 40-150 (plastic), and an assortment of old glass from my OM2 days with a 4/3 adaptor (though TBH the newer lenses give sharper results). I'll keep the EP-1 for snapping/convenience/spare (or for my partner) - it's still nice to use and takes a fair picture.

Any thoughts please? (How out of date is my selection?!) Any comments on the lenses that come as part of a kit (rather than me aiming to replace just the body) are welcome too. Thanks
