Peripheral Ilum Correction for Third Party Lens

Hi,

I have recently acquired a Canon 5D Mark II and a Tamron 70-200mm 2.8 G2 lens. I have noticed that while the Tamron lens is a fantastic portrait lens, the resulting images are a bit optically distorted (not always completely straight). I was wondering if there is a way to minimise the lens distortion in-camera using the Peripheral Illumination Correction function.

I have installed the EOS Utility and looked for the Peripheral Illumination Correction profile for the Tamron lens but it only has profiles for Canon native glasses. I know I can fix the images in post using the Photoshop's Camera Raw but I am looking for an option to fix the distortion in-camera.

Cheers.
