Is Sony the only FF camera with APS-C mode?

I just read that the Sony A7RIV can function as both a FF and APS-C camera (although APS-C is reduced to 26MP). This is pretty remarkable in that you can get two cameras essentially for the price of one. Is Sony the only camera manufacturer that has this technology, or are there any others out there? This is the first time I'm hearing of it, I know Canon doesn't have APS-C mode for sure (in fact you can't even mount their lenses on FF).

For those who haven't heard - Sony claims that one of the innovations in their latest flagship camera is the ability to use their FF camera as APS-C thus allowing you to get the 1.5x crop of APS-C while using a FF body which is ideal for wildlife and sports photographers because of the extra reach in crop mode.
