Upgrade from Olympus EM10 Mark II -> EM1 Mark II

I've been deliberating to upgrade from Olympus OMD EM10 Mark II to EM1 Mark II. I mostly shoot landscape, streets, portraits, and also low light in late evenings/ night.

Do you think it is worth upgrading the body because EM10 Mark II (not III) does bring in limitations like image processor, low light performance, and that weather sealing? Its a big thing in Canada with all the snow we get here.

My current lens kit is -

45mm f1.8 prime (i love this little guy)

7-14 mm f2.8 PRO (wide angle skylines + landscapes)

17mm f1.8 prime

40-150 mm kit lens (do get some useful pics once in a while)

12-60mm F/2.8-4 ED SWD  (this is 4/3 lens I use on an adapter when I am not in the mood to change lenses)

What do you suggest? I am confused about whether to upgrade or not especially with cost involved. Thanks!
