Nikon A1000 Deer Photos camera pushed to max !
4

Well guys you can see from my previous post about the comparison between the P1000 and A1000 and the m43 cameras I own.

Anyway, I was out on the trail hiking with the wife when we came across this deer. It was late and the light was dim.

I shot these photos at F6.9 with ISO 800, at about 840mm handheld. As you can tell this puts the A1000 at a big disadvantage compared to my DSLR gear. Hand holding at 1/80th of a second at 840mm is pretty crazy. The vr did pretty good job. The ISO 800 held up better than I expected for a super small sensor.

Again, pretty much Maxed out what I could do technically with the camera under the conditions. I do not thing ISO 1600 would of looked at that good.

My previous deer shots on instagram were shot with m43 just an FYI.
