Autofocus adapter for tamron superzoom

Hi all,

I'm interested in using a tamron superzoom to take with me on trips with friends where I'd be an inconvenience if I was swapping lenses and whatnot. I invested in an X-t3, a very nice body, so I'd like to use my fuji camera with the tamron lens if possible.

The current market for autofocus adapters seems to mainly be fringer, kipon, and newly fotodiox. Could anyone touch on the performance of these autofocus adapters with superzooms or zoom lenses? Would i be able to get better autofocus performance when using my XT-3, or would i still be better off getting a ~$500 EF mount aps-c camera from canon or nikon?

Any help is appreciated!
