For what it's worth, my D610 when I owned it acted the same.  All of my D lenses needed focus adjustment and only a few of my AF-S and G lenses needed it.  So I guess what I'm saying is your D610 is acting normally.  My D700 and D810 are far more accurate across different lens types and brands. Like the other user said you can take the camera and lens in and they can adjust it, hopefully.
