Backfocusing on most AF-D lenses (esp. 105mm Micro)

Hey Guys!

I'm a Nikon D610 user and I keep all of my lenses AF fine-tuned.

I noticed that for most newer AF-S lenses I don't have to fine tune a whole lot or in fact nothing at all (Tamron 70-200 always hits spot on; both 50mm 1.8 AF-S and 28-70 2.8 AF-S need a slight -5 adjustment)

However, most of my AF-D lenses need drastic adjustments. My Sigma 28mm 1.8 AF-D focuses sharply only at around -18; my Nikon 105 2.8 Micro AF-D however still backfocuses slightly at -20... @ ca. 3 meters.

Is there any way to actually fine-tune a lens? I would especially love to fix the 105mm, as otherwhise its optically flawless. Could I do this myself aside from the in-Camera AF fine-tune or would I need to send in the lens/camera?How much would it cost to have Nikon adjust my camera/lens to af properly?
