Best camera for adapted lenses
1

- APS-C cameras minimize the aberrations near the edges by 'cropping' the image, and minimizes the non-orthogonal angle of incidence with the sensor issue, but field of view is decreased by a factor 1.5. It also puts more demand on the lens in terms of resolution, 24MP APS-C being equivalent to 57MP Full Frame.

- Full Frame cameras: I am more and more interested by these. According to my readings, the Nikon Z6 and Z7 should be the best with legacy adapted lenses, having a thinner glass stack in front of the sensor. Would someone know for sure if this is true, and / or saw comparative images taken by, say, a Sony A7(R)(III), a Canon EOS-RP, a Panasonic S1(R), and a Nikon Z6 or Z7, with a high quality legacy lens (if possible large aperture wide angle)?
