Sigma 35 1.4 vs Tamron 28-75 2.8 for Sony A7III

Hi,
I'm looking forward to buying Sony A7III for weddings, portraits and event photography. I also do some car photography from time to time. I can't really decide between the Sigma ART 35 1.4 or Tamron 28-75 2.8 for my first lens. Both are pretty much the same price (at least in Poland). I love the low light capabilities of Sigma, but its weight and the fact its being only one focal lenght is holding me down. Tamron on the opposite is a great budget 2.8 standard zoom that is suprisingly much lighter and also more all-rounded, especially for a first and only lens. As far as I know they don't have any particular autofocus or image quality differences.
In summary I have a hard time deciding which one would suit my needs better. Low-light, great bokeh Sigma or weather-sealed, versatile standard zoom from Tamron.
Can You help me with this one?
