Best street photography setup

Hi! I'm a street photographer. I'm actually using a Ricoh GR II which is a very good camera, most of all because I can carry it everywhere. But I would like a camera that allows me to have more versatility, and that could be a complement of the Ricoh. I'm most of all looking for more professional IQ, and I'm hesitating between several set up. Of course a Leica Q would be the best solution, but it is absolutely not in my budget. The same for a Sony rx1r ii. I guess I wanna be able to change lenses (which is not possible with the Ricoh). Here is set up I found:

-sony A7III + sonnar 55mm f/1.8. Quite small for a full frame. Good IQ. Weather sealed. Amazing eye AF. Tilting screen. One of the sharpest and best lens. Yes it is bigger, but I can add a Samyang 35mm for lighter package. I still keep my Ricoh gr in my pocket anyway

-fujifilm XT30 + fujinon 35mm. Smaller, tilting screen. Good IQ but maybe not as good as a full frame. Less expensive. Not weather sealed. Good small lens (maybe there is something Better?). Good AF (?).

-The new Ricoh GRIII. Not sure the upgrade worth it...

-a second hand Sony rx1r Mark II 1?

-another setup?

Thank you very much for your advice!
