You are probably good with what you've got.

My current travel kit is Z6, 14-30mm, 24-70mm and the 70-300mm AF-P.  I use an SB-500 flash on trips and also carry a small pack of 4 spare Eneloop AA batteries in a Panasonic Charger for it and other battery operated stuff like my GPS and razor.

But, I like to shoot wildlife wherever I go and so I usually add a D500 body and 105mm VR Micro-nikkor to the bag.   I leave the big heavy lenses at home and that includes the 70-200mm f2.8 (1430g) and f4 (850g) the 70-300mm AF-P (680g) is lighter than either.

This all easily fits in to a Lowepro BP300AW photo classic for traveling.  It fits under the aircraft seat.  I use a medium sized messenger bag (Tamrac 5534) as a packing cube for other stuff in my suitcase and take whatever I think I'll need along in that when on an excursion.

I've got a trip coming up in a couple of weeks to England (3 weeks) and a cruise to the western med (2 weeks).  I am thinking of leaving the 105mm micro at home and taking my V1 with the 30-110mm and Leitz ELPROs since it shares batteries with the other two bodies.
