I did a custom white balance with a white sheet of paper. But have read there is a special grey paper that is better. Will look into that.

Always interesting to own one.

I didnt use raw because my old verzion of photoshop wont support the t5i raw images. Thanks for the tip on canons software.

Use Digital Photo Professional (DPP) from Canon to convert your raw files first.

That said I solved the problem by going to a different print shop. Their printer printed the cotrect color. While my inkjet and Staples Canadas print shop both came out rose colored. Even used a different camera. Same problem.

I believe you have a clogged jet in your Inkjet. Do a deep cleaning cycle (it will consume lots of ink however). Also change the cartridge even if you do not have an empty cartridge message If these two task don't fix it maybe your printer is simply broken (ink sometimes dry in the tiny jets and there is really noting to do anymore with it).

I read a thread somewhere else saying that a rose overtone is sometimes a sign of printer software and camera software not being compatible. And that the printer software to adjust image color should be turned off.

There are image/printer calibration software packages on the market but it is a bit complex to setup and I had mixed results with them. A very good monitor is often more practical (example: HP Dream Color, I have an older one and it does magic).

Regards,
There is always something to shoot/snap, you just have to know how to do it and have the right gear.
