Tilt shift adapter on bellows?

I'm wondering if an inexpensive tilt adapter would be worth trying on a bellows. There are ones for about $30US out there, and all they do is rotate and tilt the lens some. No shift on the cheap ones. Anyone ever use one of these? certainly tons cheaper than tilt shift lenses and/or bellows.

For those unfamiliar, http://www.addicted2light.com/2014/10/17/adapters-for-a-cheap-pro-tilt-shift-lens/

They aren't indexed, probably require a lot of effort to turn so not that precise, and have to be careful with the mounts as with any other cheap adapter. But did I say cheap?

Just wondering if anyone has used them successfully.
