Thats flicker from the projector light not banding or striping WRT OSPDAF

I presume the answer is to shoot with a slower shutter speed, although if the lecturer is moving quickly (e.g. gesticulating with his hands) that might cause blurring.

Match the shutter speed to the refresh rate of the projector. That way every spot on the screen will get one full cycle.
