Hello everyone,
I just got a K1 ii and a limited 31mm. This seems like an outstanding kit and I cant wait to take it out for the first time. I have a question though. Can I take the 31mm off of auto aperture and set it manually without messing anything up?
It is possible but there is no good reason to do so. Taking the lens out of the "A" setting requires you to change setting in the K1 menu as advised above, and also means you can only use M exposure setting with green button or viewing exposure meter to get correctly metered results.
Av mode will only work at fully open aperture.
Like I said, no reason to take lens out of "A"
