Beloved Contax 35-70 repaired
My beloved Contax had oil on the aperture blades, causing them to stick. The aperture ring didn't work. Finally found a local repair shop (Netherlands) daring to tackle the job. A few other shops didn't dare the repair.
It was an engineer who worked many years for Vivitar and Minolta. Completely dismantled this complicated push-pull lens (with Leitax PK mount) to clean it and all was put back together.
First shot after I got it back. Just as great as ever!
