Why is daylight WB so blue on the D750? Locked

Like others, I'd suspect the filter.   As others said easy enough to test.  Further, if you did deduce it was the filter it should be easy enough to create/apply a custom WB setting for the camera so you can use the aforementioned ND filter without having to WB correct the resulting .jpg.
