Looks more overprocessed than Merrill-like. It is more oversharpening than control over microcontrast. I used rarely, avoid the maximum setting, sometimes one step over middle helps for landscapes, or building/citiy photography.

I found my Quatrro is better for portraits in not perfect lighting conditions and do better iso800-1600 color shots, but I'd prefer a bayer camera for this purpose.
