I can control the flash with the Xpro and the flash reacts accordingly with some exceptions although the receiver display is off:

1.) I can't change the zoom of the flash with the Xpro, which is annoying.
2.) The status LED of the receiver is sometimes continously lit (red), sometimes it is off.
If I switch the flash off, the X1R display instantly goes on and shows the group and channel again.

After some more tests unfortunately I have to correct my statement:

The flash reacts not in a predictable way! Most of the time I can only trigger the flash, but modifying the power is not working reliably, neither in iTTL mode nor when I try to set it in manual mode with the Xpro.

The only way to use it, is to adjust all settings directly on the flash and then to trigger it remotely. Even HSS seems to work.
