Yes, these big ones sure look nice! I would not have mentioned stuff like Rollei Beta or Gamma if I knew you were looking for something like this, lol! Something comparable by Rollei would have been their more expensive Alpha or Lion Rock series.

Innorel RT90C, this Bexin ST424C or the Xiletu L404C all look like they are made by Letu, Zongshan Letu Photographic Equipment Factory, a company mentioned at the bottom of this page:

There seem to be only minor differences, when comparing these three tripods, e.g. the standard bowl diameter (75 or 100mm, Bexin 98mm?) or if it comes with long spikes and snow-shoes like the Xiletu or not.

Btw, with the exception of the pano head, the little brother of this U44 ballhead, the U36, seems to be exactly what I've got with my € 30 Baibian tripod and its MD-28 ballhead.
