First of all: both are 160 cm tall which is alright for me since I am about just under 6 foot or with shoes on exactly 6 foot.

While in Russian, you can see a YouTube film here:

Price including shipping 159 inlcuding B44 ballhead and 65 mm bowl.

The legs are made of carbon fibre and maximum is 32 mm thick (as compared to 25 mm on the C5i Rollei I have). It weighs 1,5 Kg. For 13 euro extra you hve the B44 ballhead and bowl (handy for leveling when the tripod is not completely horizontal).

It is 160 cm tall without a centre column which is a lot better than reaching it with a column.

There is also a 90 version. It is much the ame but far more sturdy and has 40 mm legs (diametre)!. It weighs 2,8 Kg. So this is for times when you either do not need to travel as much and/or it is going to vibrate.

Oke it is 265 euro but seems terrific

The price is inclunding P&P but I'll need to add 21% taxes. I think this is still at least 150-300 euro below what I can get here.

The ballhead alone is at least 35 euro. Let alone the bowl...

Do you have one? How do you find it, and with what equipment? Are the leg locks good?
