Lens upgrade from Panasonic 12-60 3.5-5.6 kit lens

Hi,

I own an Olympus OMD EM10 Mark III and have been using it regularly with Panasonic 12-60 kit lens from past 8 months. I also own a Panasonic 20mm f1.7 but I use it rarely as I don't like to change lenses during travel.

I was thinking about a lens upgrade and which lens would be a good option. First of all, I am still not sure how much benefit will the lens upgrade bring. I was thinking b/w Olympus 12-40 f2.8 (second hand cost 550 euro) and Panasonic 12-35 f2.8 (second hand cost 550 euro). Are there other better options? I would like keep the 12mm wide part as I like that focal length in landscape shots. Also, will I still need the Panasonic 20mm lens if I buy one of the mentioned lens?

Another reason to get these lenses was to get some macro shots as well. The 12-60 kit lens doesn't do well after 40-45mm focal length.
