Neewer IR filters

I just bought the set of four Neewer IR filters (720, 760, etc.) but they are so cheap ($35 for four) that I am wondering if these are "real" IR filters.

They seem ok and seem to work (I've been using the 760 and it is meeting my expectations) but I would probably not know if they were "fake" or not really targeting visible light as they should be.

I'm sure the Hoya is better quality glass, etc., but I'm just wondering if I should upgrade for that last 3% quality or if it will be the difference between fake IR and real IR.

Thanks!
