Policing Your Lenses at a Concert

I saw the following posted for a Blues Concert being held in Reading, PA coming this November. Never heard of such a statement that you can take photos, but only if they're not pro lenses. Wonder what their definition of that is?  "Looks like a Pro lens, but you say it's a kit lens?"   "Lens looks small, so it's obviously not Pro?"   Who's going to police that effort. Makes No sense to me.  Have you heard of such a thing?

General Concert Rules
1) Cameras are allowed, but are restricted to those without pro lenses. No Flash Photography.
